Scope and controller

Niratech Corporation, based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is responsible for the processing described here. This notice covers scada.codes and related Niratech sites, business communications, Microsoft Entra ID and Intune administration, and company-owned or company-managed endpoints.

Information we process

Depending on how you interact with Niratech, we may process:

• Business identity and contact information, such as name, organization, role, email address, telephone number, and account identifiers.
• Authentication and security records, including sign-in time, approximate location derived from network data, authentication method, device identifier, risk signals, and audit events.
• Managed-device information, including ownership, hardware model, serial or device identifiers, operating-system and patch version, encryption and compliance state, installed managed applications, configuration status, and management actions.
• Communications, support requests, project records, and files you choose to provide.
• Website and service telemetry, such as IP address, browser type, referring page, requested resources, timestamps, and operational logs.

Niratech does not use Intune to collect personal email, personal photos, text messages, call content, passwords, or the content of personal applications. Visibility depends on device ownership, platform capabilities, and the management profile displayed during enrollment.

Why we process it

We use information to provide and secure services; authenticate users; enroll, configure, support, inventory, and protect corporate devices; enforce access and compliance policies; investigate security events; maintain continuity and recovery; meet contractual and legal duties; and improve reliability.

Processing is based on legitimate security and operational interests, contractual necessity, legal obligations, consent where required, and the organization’s authority over company-owned systems.

Microsoft Intune and managed devices

Enrollment authorizes Niratech administrators to apply security settings, deploy or remove managed applications, verify compliance, restrict corporate access, and remotely retire or erase corporate data. A factory reset may be available for company-owned devices when necessary to protect Niratech systems or information.

Device and account records may be processed in Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud High, Azure Government, Microsoft Intune, and Managed Google Play. Their handling is also governed by the applicable Microsoft and Google enterprise terms.

Sharing and transfers

We disclose information only to personnel and service providers who need it for the purposes above; to customers or partners under an applicable agreement; or when required to protect rights, safety, systems, or comply with law. Providers are expected to protect information and process it only under authorized instructions.

Niratech does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Government cloud design and contractual controls are used where required, but a specific data location is not promised unless stated in a written agreement.

Retention and protection

Records are retained only as long as needed for operations, security, contractual commitments, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and documented retention schedules. Retention periods vary by record type. Data is deleted, anonymized, or placed beyond routine use when its retention period ends, subject to legal holds and backup cycles.

Safeguards include least-privilege access, multifactor authentication, encryption, device compliance controls, logging, monitoring, recovery procedures, and periodic access review. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, and may object to or withdraw consent for certain processing where applicable. Rights vary by jurisdiction and may be limited by security, employment, contractual, legal, or recordkeeping requirements. Niratech may verify identity before fulfilling a request.

Managed-device enrollment is required for access to protected Niratech resources when policy says so. If you do not accept management of a company-owned device, contact Niratech before continuing enrollment.

Updates and contact

We may update this notice as services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted here or communicated through the relevant service.
